Subscription Administrator

The Role:

KarelCAD is a leading CAD software reseller with a strong commitment to providing real solutions and excellent customer service to our clients.

We are seeking a highly professional Administrator to manage the processing of our client subscriptions. You will have excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet! Experience in managing documentation to and from an external vendor would be an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Invoicing and purchase order generation to clients
• Analysing expiring subscriptions and prepare lists for renewal or debtor follow up
• Renewing client subscriptions with a number of Vendors
• Updating payments in MYOB
• CRM System administration
• Regular liaison with Customer Service team
• Issue resolution

We are searching for a person with:

• Sound knowledge of financial procedures and invoicing processes
• Previous experience in managing a subscription based program would be advantageous
• Utilisation of CRM systems and working knowledge of MYOB
• Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Be proactive and self-motivated to meet deadlines and customers’ expectations
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work as part of a team as well as independently
